During the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide. All unopened Endo Organic products may be returned within 30-days of the delivery date for a full refund less any shipping charges.
Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
30 DAY GUARANTEE- All unopened Endo Organic products ordered online may be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- We will issue a full refund promptly upon receiving unopened, returned products. (customer is responsible for return shipping charges)Please get in touch with us via the CONTACT FORM.
- If you have purchased Endo Organic products at a retail outlet, please return it at the place of purchase.
- Every retailer has its own return policies. Please check with them on their policies.
- if you are not 100% satisfied with your Endo Organic products please contact us. If we make an error with your order, we will correct it right away. If the shipping courier damages your shipment, please file a claim with the carrier and or contact your local office.
- Then send us an email returns@endoorganics.com with the claim receipt, and we will then send you a replacement for anything that was damaged.
